I am delighted to inform you that Simon Morgan has agreed to take over the role of Editor of The Iron Duke from Tim Nicholson. Tim has done a remarkable job in editing our Regimental magazine for many, many years and I know that all subscribers will join me to thank him for his magnificent contribution in producing such an excellent publication for so long. The next edition, to be published in September, will be Tim’s final one and Simon will then take over the reins.
I have no doubt that Simon will bring his own style and flair to the magazine in the coming years, something that I for one look forward to with eager anticipation, and I am hugely grateful to him for agreeing to take up the role. I know that he will bring a different perspective to The Iron Duke and I look forward to the first edition of 2019.
