Regimental Memorial Service – 2nd October 2021

Service to Remember those from the Regiment who have died during ‘Covid Times’

Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic we have not been able to pay our final respects to those members of the Regiment who have died during this time as we would wish.

As the pandemic restrictions lift we now have an opportunity to do so. Prior to the next ‘Barum Top’ reunion on Saturday 2nd October we will be holding a Regimental Service in Halifax Minster, home of our Regimental Chapel, to remember them.

The Service will be in Halifax Minster, on Saturday 2nd October, at 10.45 am. All members of the Regiment as well as family, relatives and friends will be welcome and are encouraged to join the Service.

There will be a ‘Victory Beating’ by the Yorkshire Volunteers Corps of Drums, at the Woolshops site of the Regimental Memorial, immediately after the Service.
