For those who are interested, there will be a bit of an event at Bankfield.
The archives will have a table area inside the museum, with the Colours on display and a continuous slide show. Also there will be some Regimental Prints on sale, Possibly a free book with the purchase. Some PRI Items, Windscreen stickers and a limited supply of Fridge Magnets and Regimental Pens. Also a copy of the Regimental Medals and Civil Honours book for people to check their Family members Valour and Gallantry medals; Not general service histories or campaign medals. – If you think you are still capable, have a go at the Assault Course.
NB: Do not try to drive into the museum Car park, unless you have a Blue Badge, as it will be in use for the event. There will be ‘FREE’ parking down at Dean Clough and a free shuttle bus.
