The association hosted a visit from five members of a military re-enactment group from Palazzuolo-sul-Scenio, in Italy.
Some Veterans and Battlefield trip Group members will remember it is the town which the Dukes visited in 2011, on the Anniversary of the Battle of Monte Ceco, from September 1944.
Regimental Secretary David Harrap acted as their guide, both today around our Museum and afterwards to the regimental memorial in Halifax; And yesterday on a visit around the York Army museum. The museum visit finished with an exchange of Association Plaques and some freebies from the PRI shop.
