Brigadier John Greenway
Brig John Greenway, who commanded the 1st Battalion in Aldershot 1974-76, died on Sunday 9th May.
Because it was a particularly difficult time to make fitting plans for a funeral, there was a private family only funeral, on June 4th.
The Regiment sent a wreath and the Regimental collect was included in the service. There was a notice in The Times on 22nd May.
Judith received a large number of letters and there were many messages on Facebook. For all these, she was extremely grateful and sent her thanks.
